Job description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with seamless integration capabilities with WhatsApp messaging platform.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of WhatsApp integration from scratch within the Salesforce ecosystem, including design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for WhatsApp integration.
Customize Salesforce CRM to support bidirectional communication with WhatsApp, including sending and receiving messages, notifications, and alerts.
Develop custom APIs and connectors to facilitate data exchange between Salesforce and WhatsApp, ensuring data integrity and security.
Configure automation rules and workflows to trigger WhatsApp messages based on predefined criteria and events within Salesforce.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for integrating Salesforce with WhatsApp, including compliance with WhatsApp Business API requirements.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Salesforce and WhatsApp platforms, and make recommendations for enhancing integration capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in custom development and integration projects.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems, preferably with WhatsApp messaging platform.
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and JSON/XML data formats.
Experience with messaging platforms and APIs, particularly WhatsApp Business API.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
