Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a client-focused and tech-savvy ERP Support Consultant to provide first- and second-level support across MYOB, Acumatica, or Microsoft Business Central platforms. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot system issues, offer functional guidance, and support ERP implementations or optimizations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for ERP systems (MYOB Advanced/EXO, Acumatica, or MS Business Central)
  • Handle client inquiries, log support tickets, and manage issue resolution within SLAs
  • Troubleshoot issues related to financials, inventory, purchasing, sales, payroll, or reporting modules
  • Guide users through best practices and basic configurations to ensure proper ERP utilization
  • Assist with data migrations, minor customizations, and system upgrades when required
  • Escalate complex technical issues to development or vendor support teams
  • Document issue resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Support training sessions or onboarding for new users
  • Collaborate with project teams during rollouts or client transitions

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in ERP support or consulting
  • Strong knowledge of at least one ERP platform:
    • MYOB Advanced/EXO
    • Acumatica
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Solid understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, procurement, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team setup
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, IT, Business, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk)
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or integration platforms
  • ERP certification (MYOB, Acumatica, or MS Business Central) is a plus
  • Experience working with clients in outsourced or managed services models
