Job description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Platform Engineer.

Responsibilities:
● Maintain and configure core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge.
● Monitor system performance and proactively address issues such as job failures, patching, and performance degradation.
● Test and manage all platform and module upgrades.
● Facilitate manual remediation for failed workflows, perform root-cause analysis, and propose configuration changes.
● Maintain ServiceNow integrations with other platforms such as Azure, Active Directory, and a Service Desk e-bonding solution.
● Maintain ServiceNow vendor account life cycle activities in the production and development instances.

Requirements:
● +3 years of experience in the role.
● Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration, including in-depth knowledge of core modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge.
● Demonstrated ability to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues (e.g., job failures, performance degradation), and manage patching processes within a ServiceNow environment.
● Experience in testing and managing platform and module upgrades for ServiceNow.
● Proficiency in performing root-cause analysis for failed workflows and proposing effective configuration changes.
● Solid understanding and experience maintaining ServiceNow integrations with external platforms like Azure, Active Directory, and Service Desk e-bonding solutions.
● Familiarity with managing ServiceNow vendor account lifecycle activities across production and development instances.
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related technical field.
● Proven education or certifications in data management and cloud.
● English Required: B2+ – C1
