Client Implementation Specialist

Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist at ProviderSoft, you will be dedicated to working with select Clients to ensure that they can successfully implement our software system to perform various ongoing business operations.  You will lead the implementation project, hold regularly scheduled meetings with Clients, and provide individualized customer service (as needed). You will need to be intimately familiar with how Clients operate and how they interact with our software to ensure that they fully utilize new and existing functionality to meet their workflow needs.  You will need to work in partnership with Clients and assist them in achieving their implementation goals within the system.  You will also need to work in partnership with the Client Success Specialist, and successfully hand-off fully implemented Clients for ongoing Client Success Management and Support.  Above all else, you will be responsible for initiating and fostering the client relationship by anticipating their needs, providing leadership and support to their implementation of the system, and by providing personal, exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement new Client Accounts using strong organizational and project management skills

  • Provide training and other onboarding services to new Client accounts and conduct weekly support conference calls

  • Understand Client needs at a level of detail sufficient to define functional requirements

  • Serve as the liaison between Clients and ProviderSoft development staff

  • Build and foster strong Client relationships

  • Provide exemplary customer service via email and phone

  • Demonstrate new functionality and communicate Client feedback

  • Utilize internal tools and procedures for screen sharing, recording training materials, creating documentation, implementation tracking, and any other way to aid in the implementation of new Client Accounts

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a related role; Early Intervention Program knowledge a plus

  • Understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate these into functional and efficient tasks to implement new Clients

  • Self-motivated; Self-guided; Ambitions to manage implementations independently and effectively

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

  • Creative thinker and an attention to detail

  • Hard working and an ability to multitask

  • Seeks positive criticism and ways to improve efficiency regularly

  • Computer savvy: familiarity with multiple programs, browsers, recording and screen sharing tools, etc.

  • Desire and talent for working with people; ability to positively affect difficult business negotiations

Location

Your home!  ProviderSoft's regular office is a virtual network.  Each member of the team works remotely communicating via Teams and coordinating with online project management tools.
