We
are looking for a talented and motivated sales engineer to join our team. The
role will involve taking complete ownership of onboarding, help configuring the
products according to customer needs, help sales colleagues close deals, and
being the single point of contact throughout the duration of the relationship.

Requirements
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s in engineering or demonstrable past
technical experience in handling cross domain technology solutions (e.g.
HW, API, cloud, AI)
Exceptional communication skills – role involves
working with clients globally. Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
is required; Spanish is a plus.
Being hands on with REST APIs, basic scripting
(e.g. python) to do quick analysis,
Hands on with macros in Excel, comfortable reading
from monitoring portal such as Kibana
Likes to play around with electronic gadgets, iOT,
and other embedded hardware
Ability to work independently on any given task,
critical thinker, passionate about in-depth product learning.
Good team player, with the ability to perform in a
fast-moving start-up environment.
Being a self-starter, ambitious, collaborative,
empathetic, eager to take on unsolved problems and able to communicate
complex technical topics is highly desirable.
·Location: Remote, based in a major Brazilian city — preferably in the states of Sao
Paulo, Parana or Rio Grande do Sul.
Responsibilities:
Introduce solutions, do demonstrations and
walkthroughs, answer queries.
Introduce partners to camera vendors and work with
them to ensure camera delivery.
Provision accounts/devices/users on the
LightMetrics’ backend.
Guide and train installers through the installation
and configuration process, and get customers ready for road-testing
Write sample scripts to collate and analyze data
and document the analysis.
Be the interface between customers and product
teams for queries during the evaluation process.
Track pilot progress, do regular check-ins with
prospects, help sales executives in closing deals.
