Do našeho trainee programu hledáme šikovného studenta/studentku 2-4 roč., který je pečlivý, ovládá angličtinu, láká ho práce v farmaceutickém oboru a marketingu, a rád by získal zkušenosti ve farmaceutické firmě. Co bys měl na starost:

  • Pravá ruka Commercial managera v jedné z nejrychleji farmaceuticky se rozvíjející oblastí - HIV

  • Podílení se na přípravě a exekuci marketingových kampaní

  • Podílení se na přípravě kongresů (včetně kongresu s mezinárodní účastí)

  • Komunikace s externími agenturami

  • Organizace marketingových materiálů- archivace a organizace materiálů

  • Zadávání objednávek do interního systému

  • Kontrola A&P (nákladů) – pečlivost při zadávání, kontrola a urgence fakturací

Co od člověka na této roli požadujeme:

  • Student VŠ  (2.- 4. ročník) – marketing, ekonomie, business, farmacie nebo související obory

  • Motivace pracovat v marketingu – spolupráce na marketingových kampaních a komunikace s MOC (Marketing Operation Center v Indii)- interní systém

  • Mít angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni a výbornou češtinu

We are looking for a talented student (male or female) in their 2nd–4th year to join our trainee program. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, fluent in English, interested in working in the pharmaceutical industry and marketing, and eager to gain hands-on experience at a pharmaceutical company. What you would be responsible for:

  • Acting as the right hand to the Commercial Manager in one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical areas – HIV

  • Contributing to the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Assisting in the organization of congresses (including international congresses)

  • Communication with external agencies

  • Organizing and archiving marketing materials

  • Entering orders into the internal system

  • Monitoring and controlling A&P (expenses) – ensuring accuracy in data entry, invoice tracking, and follow-ups

What we require from candidates for this role:

  • University student (2nd–4th year) studying marketing, economics, business, pharmacy, or related fields

  • Motivation to work in marketing – participation in marketing campaigns and communication with MOC (Marketing Operation Center in India) using internal systems

  • Native Czech speaker with fluent English skills
