Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic insights and technical expertise to drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design and Development: Design and develop robust, scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and translate them into effective solutions.

- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of delivered solutions.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.

- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform solutions.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Power Platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Strong understanding of data integration, D365, and Azure services.

- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable.

- Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
