  • Track bills and monitor stock levels using Google Sheets and EzyVet.
  • Process veterinary digital paperwork and generate reports.
  • Assist with marketing support and general administrative tasks.

Job description

• Reconcile payments in EzyVet
• Enter and maintain customer data in EzyVet
• Track bills using Google Sheets and Xero
• Monitor and manage stock levels in EzyVet
• Process veterinary digital paperwork in Google and EzyVet (e.g., uploading blood test results to animal files)
• Generate monthly reports using EzyVet and Google tools
• Monitor and manage the shared inbox
• Coordinate the monthly client newsletter
• Provide occasional marketing administration support
• Offer general administrative support to the Partners
