The Role: As a member of the Product Operations team, the Product Operations Associate will support product listing optimization efforts with a variety of tasks to improve product searchability and increase sales on Amazon and Walmart. What You’ll Do:
Work with Product Operations Optimization Manager to create and upload bulk files for various product attributes (i.e. keywords, titles, features, variations) to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Manage any catalog issues and errors.
Produce and maintain bundles for the Product Management team, including bundles set up in Seller Central, partnering with Product Management team to ensure bundle accuracy and completion, and updating bundle imagery.
Set up weekly lightning deals.
Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies and guidelines.
Ad hoc projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Easily follow written and verbal instructions
Strong communication skills
Incredibly organized and detail oriented
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Amazon and Seller Central experience required
Walmart experience preferred but not required
Experience working with a large catalog of ASINs
Monday.com experience preferred but not required
