As a Community Client Manager you will maintain and expand client relationships through ongoing engagement, assuring satisfaction and uncovering additional potential to create value and additional revenue opportunities. 

  • Expand and maintain check program revenue by consulting with clients to optimize check program performance. Identify and connect customer initiatives and needs to Deluxe solution capabilities. 

  • Expand client relationships and build loyalty by developing a deep knowledge of client organizational structure, culture, retail and check program strategy, decision-making processes and political environment. 

  • Develop and maintain account plans and customer engagement strategies to meet and exceed goals. Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers and their check programs. 

  • Partner with Sales Executives and cross functional partners to drive sales opportunities to closure within territory. 

  • Secure client satisfaction by monitoring ongoing projects and initiatives and, driving appropriate Deluxe resources and commitments as required. 

 

Basic Qualifications (BQs) 

  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Finance Accounting or other related discipline and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience in related experience

 

Preferred Qualifications (PQs) 

  • 5+ years of experience navigating community sized financial institutions up to 1 Billion dollars in assets

  • Franklin Covey Sales skills.

  • Builds rapport with clients, team members and leadership

  • Understands the client’s needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points.

  • Takes a consultative approach and puts customer’s needs first

  • Is able to find leads and build a strong pipeline

  • Takes accountability for their actions, progress and results

  • Experience with Salesforce.com

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $78,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
