Global Sales Analytics Manager

Purpose of Role: This role supports our regional sales teams by providing leadership on sales analytics support systems and processes key to global sales standard work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer centric focus within the organization by providing leadership and expertise in sales technology and processes, and working behind the scenes to support the structure and drive sales process improvements. 
  • Partner between the sales team, marketing, finance and other internal stakeholders
  • Facilitating regional sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in line with divisional targets used within the sales organization.
  • Work with Finance, HR and leadership to provide assistance with sales incentive programs and compensation planning in order to increase sales productivity
  • Support for Global Sales Balanced Scorecard process
  • Proactively identify, develop and drive longer-term strategies and initiatives that will deliver sales productivity and growth
  • Manage sales technology, systems, process, strategy and deployments
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Manage Global Sales Process.
  • Subject matter expert on sales data, sales process and customer service operations
  • Review and analyze reports detailing performance indicators, sales trends and other sales data-related analytics and analysis by providing data based insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain KPI’s, dashboards, and reporting to provide insight into state of sales
  • Deliver actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Drive a Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in applicable studies
  • At least 3 years previous commercial experience in Sales Analytics
  • Expert experience in Excel, including in depth Pareto Analysis
  • Ability to communicate Sales Data to all levels of the organization.
  • In depth experience of CRM systems (Salesforce, for example)
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
