Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work from home two days per week and on-site at various store locations and from our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road 3 days a week for an 8-5 schedule.

What You'll Be Doing
Map, analyze and measure store-level processes to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities across operations, from receiving to checkout.
Facilitate the redesign of core store processes for consistency and scalability.
Identify root causes using data analysis and recommend opportunities for improvement for recurring process issues
Leverage data insights to report on the impact of implemented improvements
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or retail store execution
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling)
Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and workflow analysis
Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
