At Limitlessli we specialize in recruiting, hiring, and managing high-caliber remote staff. Leveraging our extensive global network, we connect clients with highly qualified professionals, offering tailored services to meet our clients' unique business needs.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft PowerPlatform System Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of our policy and claims software solution built on the Microsoft PowerPlatform. This role will handle support requests and ensure the seamless operation of a PowerPages portal, PowerBI reports, PowerAutomate workflows, and PowerApps. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in the administration of these tools and have experience with troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and general system maintenance.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Support Requests: Handle support requests from internal teams, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user-reported problems in a timely manner. You will be the primary gate keeper of systems issues prior to them being sent to our vendor.
  • Monitor System Performance: Track and analyze system performance and usage metrics, identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
  • Implement Security and Compliance Protocols: Ensure that all workflows, apps, and portals comply with security best practices and data privacy regulations, including managing access control and permissions.
  • Maintain and Update Automations and Workflows: Oversee the day-to-day execution of PowerAutomate workflows and business rules, ensuring they are functioning as intended and making updates as necessary.
  • Maintain and create Power BI Reports: Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure reports are accurate, visually effective, and aligned with business requirements. Perform regular updates and troubleshooting to maintain report integrity.
  • Provide Documentation and Training: Create and maintain system documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes. Train users and teams on best practices for using PowerPlatform tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the development and business teams to understand needs, provide solutions, and support ongoing initiatives using PowerPlatform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Insurance Operations: Understand core insurance processes including underwriting, policy administration, claims handling, and regulatory compliance. Apply this knowledge to align technical solutions with operational needs and enhance system effectiveness across insurance workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
  • Proven experience as a system administrator or technical support lead in a Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, data modeling, and report design.
  • Experience managing security roles, permissions, and compliance protocols.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting performance issues and conducting root cause analysis.
