Must have a proven record of success working close to projects ranging in magnitude of $200k - $100M
Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Administration, Management, or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Experience or familiarity with public-sector projects, including schools, affordable housing, and recreational centers, hospitals.
Organized, with great attention to detail and thorough note taking.
Well versed in excel and all MS Office Programs. specifically, Excel.
Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person).
Ability to work well with coworkers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designers.
Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customers needs, territory management and presentation skills.
The ability to identify project opportunities early, and a strategic mindset toward positioning the company for pursuit success.
Demonstrates cultural competency and the ability to represent the company professionally across diverse client groups and communities.
