What's the opportunity?

As Delivery Executive, this role will be reporting into the Chief Customer Officer. You will lead the successful delivery of Zafin’s largest and most complex client projects.  Having responsibility for client engagement, end to end delivery, and customer success.

What will you do? 

  • As Delivery Executive, lead end-to-end corporate and institutional pricing & billing program delivery, delivering to client expectations, while managing cost, scope, schedule.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and build new relationships to drive platform adoption, enable growth and elevate the Zafin brand.
  • Drive year-to-year revenue growth, identifying/developing new opportunities and teaming with sales as appropriate.
  • Communicate with clients at multiple levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders within the Zafin team, including Product, Cloud, and Sales.
  • Contribute to building the Zafin business in the region, by contributing industry eminence and domain expertise to sales pursuits. 

Must Haves: 

  • Minimum of 7–10 years in banking or financial services with a focus on corporate and institutional clients.
  • Solid understanding of business concepts and issues, preferably in banking, core banking, core modernization, pricing & billing, in retail and/or corporate and commercial banking.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-level banking software solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  • Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration (advanced degree preferred), or equivalent experience.
