Requirements:

End-to-end Power BI development build, publish, iterate (Desktop + Service)
Expert-level DAX & Power Query (M) for calculations and transformations
Solid data-modeling & governance star schemas, relationships, RLS, incremental refresh
Source connectivity SQL Server/Azure SQL, Dataverse, Excel/CSV, SharePoint, REST APIs, etc.
Performance tuning & deployment gateways, dataflows, best practices for large datasets
Business storytelling translate requirements into clear, actionable visuals
Good spoken english
