  • Manage an intake system for reporting and data requests, including scoping, estimating, and delivering solutions.
  • Design and implement complex analysis plans, questionnaires, and research tools to capture meaningful data.
  • Mine and validate data from internal systems (including Salesforce), industry reports, and other sources to support revenue generation, operational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical techniques and tools like Tableau and SQL (Snowflake).
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights through reports and presentations to executives and stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and databases, including technical documentation and reusable assets.
  • Provide technical support for existing reporting tools and systems.
