Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the successful end-to-end execution of multiple brand programs simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, proactive stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. This role requires both big-picture vision and detail-oriented execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains dynamic project schedules, ensuring milestone accountability across multiple teams and promoting laser-like focus on outcomes with exceptional follow-through.
  
• Serves as the main point of contact for clients on project-related matters, representing ExpertVoice with professionalism, confidence, and a solution-oriented, “can do” attitude.
  
• Ensures brand deliverables meet expectations, deadlines, and quality standards, reflecting a commitment to quality-first values and precision.
  
• Champions effective communication and collaboration across all departments, fostering a culture of trust, anticipation of team needs, and interactive team engagement.
  
• Exhibits strong leadership and influence, taking initiative to lead conversations, guide stakeholders, and activate cross-functional efforts while remaining open to diverse input and perspectives.
  
• Mentors and provides guidance to team members, promoting best practices, operational consistency, and encouraging a growth mindset through knowledge sharing and coaching.
  
• Applies a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with a tenacious and proactive work style that supports rapid response to changes and drives results through logic and problem-solving.
  
• Balances multiple work-streams with high levels of exactness, organizational skill, and the ability to stay productive under fast-paced and evolving conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a client-facing or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating autonomy, focus, and accountability.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree (business, management, marketing, communications, or advertising)
• Proficiency with Monday.com is strongly preferred; advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Outlook, Slack, and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Strong track record of internal drive and achievement, thriving on hard work and consistently exceeding expectations.
• Demonstrated adaptability and comfort with change, showing resilience and clarity in dynamic environments.

The approximate compensation range for this role is a base of $85,000 to $95,000 (annually). Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
