Lead strategic engineering projects across regional and global teams
Translate customer needs into actionable project requirements
Drive Transfer of Technology (ToT) initiatives across the Hub
Manage product testing aligned with industry standards (IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, NEC)
Collaborate with Supply Chain to meet cost targets and ensure product qualifications
Champion Design to Value (DtV) initiatives to boost customer value and cost efficiency
Implement and enhance engineering design tools across the Hub
Facilitate training and feedback loops to improve tool performance
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience in engineering, product development, or project management
Proven track record in leading cross-functional technical teams
Experience with industry standards and product testing protocols
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Familiarity with cost optimization and design tool implementation
