SUMMARY

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for developing, documenting, evaluating, and optimizing the company’s business processes using continuous improvement methodology, data, and relationships with key stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and scalability, as well as driving alignment and consistency, standardization, and operational compliance across multiple Ingenovis brands. This role serves to maximizing operational outcomes.  Also responsible for VISTA’s culture & maintains the programs & processes to enhance employees’ experience & engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements operations processes to integrate new vendors, technologies, and brand integrations.
  • Initiates and partners in continuous improvement activities while reviewing trends and developing new strategies to protect and propel the business.
  • Generates documentation of existing processes and improvements, and forecasts expected results of process changes.
  • Works closely with cross-functional leadership to design and develop processes, procedures and best practices and effectively disseminates information through direct internal communication and/or training and marketing material for internal staff.
  • Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains company forms and processes and establishes internal audit for business process compliance and proactive detection of risk/financial exposure and escalation of any systemic/strategic issues and recommendations.
  • Works across brands to establish and implement rules of engagement in clinician and client engagement to ensure continued brand success as measured through NPS and customer surveys/feedback
  • Interacts with cross-functional leaders to ensure optimal service operations and performance occurs through the evaluation of new hire onboarding, ongoing training & coaching, including the utilization of data and technologies (i.e. Dialpad Sell)
  • Develop capacity models using KPI targets, forecasts, time study results and/or other measurable data to effectively establish and determine staffing planning, job/role performance review/management and VISTA’s career path program and identification of high potentials.
  • Works with executive leadership to coordinate, implement, and communicate organizational changes, including but not limited to team, role, and compensation transitions.
  • Partners with Marketing on external employee engagement programs (i.e., Best of Staffing, social media posts) and develops company-wide communications and materials for internal staff.
  • Manages key operations vendor relationships
  • Collaborates with Legal, HR, Product, and other departments to implement regulatory requirements and company requested changes.
  • Oversees coordination & preparation for company sales & specialty events (i.e., conferences, industry events)
  • Creates & maintains internal brand employee engagement programs including but not limited to company events & meetings, employee surveys, employee rewards & recognition
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Five (5) years in staffing operations required
  • Proven experience leading large-scale complex business initiatives.
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience of five (5) or more direct reports preferred
  • Prior experience in a healthcare staffing environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare or related discipline preferred
  • Prior experience working in a multi-company or divisional organization required
  • Bullhorn design and implementation experience preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
  • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range

$78,600.00 - $98,300.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
