Job Summary

The account manager plays a key role in creating and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our downline brokers. The account
manager’s role is to keep their accounts fully in the know about opportunities, compliance protocols, and helpful resources.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for its assigned accounts, as the point of intake for new requests, and playing a key role in
gathering feedback to facilitate proactive planning in meeting the needs of the account.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with accounts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the accounts needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing accounts and/or identify areas of improvement to increase production
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with business development team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Clearly communicate marketing opportunities to accounts
  • Maintain accurate reporting to track status of marketing efforts and regularly communicate updates to business development team


Knowledge Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent time management, organization and communication skills
  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • MS Office proficiency
