We’re a fast-moving real estate and coaching brand building a movement — and we’re looking for a *Growth VA* who knows how to bring quality leads into the business through smart funnels, organic and paid marketing, and email list-building. This is for someone who’s creative *and* data-driven. You know your way around Meta Ads Manager, love optimizing emails, and can turn a Google Doc into a lead magnet that people actually want to download.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage lead funnels inside of Go High Level (GHL)
  • Build and optimize lead magnets (landing pages, guides, quizzes, freebies)
  • Design clean, on-brand visuals (Canva required, Adobe preferred)
  • Write high-converting copy in a voice that feels like *us* (fun, casual, expert)
  • Launch and monitor paid ad campaigns (FB/IG/Google/YouTube — wherever it works)
  • Write engaging email sequences and newsletters
  • Track lead flow performance and email open rates
  • Build automation flows with Make and Zapier
Qualifications
  • Experience generating leads through organic and paid strategies
  • Strong copywriting skills with a conversational tone that *sells*
  • Canva wizardry (Adobe skills are a big bonus)
  • Comfortable using tools like Go High Level, Meta Ads Manager, Zapier, and Make
  • Attention to detail and a results-first mindset
  • A collaborative attitude — you’ll work directly with the founder
  • Self-starter energy with ideas to test and optimize what's already working

  • Number and quality of leads brought in
