We’re a fast-moving real estate and coaching brand building a movement — and we’re looking for a *Growth VA* who knows how to bring quality leads into the business through smart funnels, organic and paid marketing, and email list-building. This is for someone who’s creative *and* data-driven. You know your way around Meta Ads Manager, love optimizing emails, and can turn a Google Doc into a lead magnet that people actually want to download.

Responsibilities

Create and manage lead funnels inside of Go High Level (GHL)
Build and optimize lead magnets (landing pages, guides, quizzes, freebies)
Design clean, on-brand visuals (Canva required, Adobe preferred)
Write high-converting copy in a voice that feels like *us* (fun, casual, expert)
Launch and monitor paid ad campaigns (FB/IG/Google/YouTube — wherever it works)
Write engaging email sequences and newsletters
Track lead flow performance and email open rates
Build automation flows with Make and Zapier

Qualifications

Experience generating leads through organic and paid strategies
