About the Role 

  

We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's financial success by providing critical support in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. As a key contributor within our finance department, you'll play a significant role in developing insights that help shape our financial strategy and ensure its alignment with our business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the VP of FP&A and other executives to support the development and execution of the company's financial strategy. You'll assist in assessing and adjusting financial strategies to align with market conditions and business objectives.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, helping to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals. You'll contribute to developing budget models that encompass various scenarios, enabling proactive decision-making.
  • Create and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and financial projections. You'll use these models to assess the impact of different financial scenarios and guide long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth. You'll regularly assess revenue and cost drivers, offering insights on areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's financial health and progress. You'll help develop dashboards and reports to visualize KPI data and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and insights to finance leadership and stakeholders. You'll help ensure that financial information is communicated effectively to support informed decision-making.
  • Support efforts to optimize costs and expenses across the organization to improve profitability. You'll help identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to strategies to reduce operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives and potential investments. You'll assist with financial due diligence to assess the financial viability of such ventures.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as needed to support decision-making. You'll provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a preference for SaaS/technology or healthcare industry exposure.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, balancing independent tasks with collaborative teamwork.
