Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Analyst to join our Business Line Strategy team. In this role, you will blend deep analytics, strategic research, and business enablement to help shape and scale our Affiliation Model offerings. You will be instrumental in building robust reporting infrastructure, conducting data-driven research, and supporting business teams with actionable insights and training materials.

Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across our affiliation models.

  • Develop automated reporting solutions for internal teams, including inside sales.

  • Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights on lead engagement, conversion funnels, and model adoption.

  • Implement business workflows that support data-driven recommendations and segmentation strategies.

  • Collaborate on testing and pilot programs by designing relevant data metrics and performing post-analysis evaluations.

Strategy & Research

  • Analyze performance across various models and advisor segments to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive benchmarking within the financial services sector.

  • Manage strategic projects aimed at enhancing and expanding our lending capabilities.

  • Act as a representative and advocate for the Business Line Strategy team when interacting with key partners.

  • Innovate, test, and introduce new solutions to address complex business challenges.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work cross-functionally with teams from sales, product, strategy, and operations.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, materials, and the use of data across all affiliation models.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in strategy, analytics, or business intelligence; preferably in financial services.

  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R).

  • Demonstrated experience in market research, strategic analysis, and generating business performance insights.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, strategy, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to develop executive-level and client-facing materials.

  • Capable of working independently and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to simultaneously handle multiple initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Preferences

  • In-depth knowledge of the wealth management space and financial advisory services.

  • Prior experience supporting a financial services organization in a similar capacity.


 

Pay Range:

$98,000-$163,300/year

 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
