Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2750 USD


Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the operational engine behind the company's digital and print marketing efforts. This is a fast-paced, design-heavy role supporting social growth, campaign execution, and brand storytelling. You'll work closely with the Founder & CEO and external collaborators to build a world-class online presence and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Create and maintain quarterly social media calendars.
  • Design digital assets for social, email, mobile app, and in-restaurant use.
  • Schedule, post, and publish content across platforms.
  • Engage with followers; manage DMs, comments, tags, and influencer outreach.
  • Track and route customer feedback to the Guest Experience Coordinator.
  • Prompt users for Google reviews via social media.
  • Collaborate with a content strategist, ad buyer, and content creator.
  • Write captions and copy aligned with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Support print design (handbooks, brochures, signage); coordinate with printers.
  • Provide direction and updates to the web designer.
  • Build weekly dashboards and reports to analyze social performance and growth.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing B2C social media for a brand.
  • Proven graphic design experience; strong command of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end content creation and publishing.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written English and visual communication skills.
  • Passion for brand-building, community growth, and the restaurant or hospitality space.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting a food & beverage or hospitality brand.
  • Familiarity with basic video editing for TikTok/Reels.
  • Previous experience working directly with founders or in early-stage environments.
  • Familiarity with web platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify.
