Profitroom- Empowering hotels directly 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives within the Slovakia region.

As a member of our team, you will leverage your extensive sales and business development expertise to identify and secure new customer partnerships. Collaborating closely with our Onboarding, Customer Success, and Product Teams, you won't be just selling a hotel-tech product – you'll be delivering an exceptional customer experience, building our reputation as a trusted business partner to our clients.


Daily activities:

  • Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets within the Slovak region.
  • Take ownership of executing a growth strategy to increase market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and conferences.
  • Build brand recognition and promote Profitroom’s product portfolio across Slovak region hand in hand with the marketing team and other global colleagues.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, including contracts, sales records, revenue reports, and invoices.
  • Mentor and develop entry-level colleagues into our future Business Development Manager.


Requirements
  • Extensive professional experience in B2B sales within the hospitality industry in Slovakia.
  • A true sales hunter mindset with a proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, evidenced by a history of successful closed deals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the hospitality technology sector and the broader hospitality business landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Native Slovak speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Valid driving licence and your own car, ready for business trips when needed.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM is advantageous.
