Proficient in Python and associated AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-Learn, etc.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Microsoft tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
Experience mentoring and leading technical teams on complex AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models tailored to specific business needs.
Implement scalable training pipelines using Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Deploy models to Azure Cloud services ensuring high availability and performance.
Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets required for training and evaluation of AI models.
