Potential for up to 60% travel in the Los Angeles and the Inland Empire, 
Must reside in California 

We are seeking a Manager, High School Partnerships to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do

The Foundation's Collaborative Impact Department, through the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network, seeks a Manager, High School Partnerships to play a critical role in the department's success by applying deep project management skills and facilitation experience to ensure high-quality design and delivery of specific registered pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship and work-based learning programs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on apprenticeship models, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), Paid Work Experience, Internships, Pre-Apprenticeship, and dual enrollment options and oversee the development and implementation of these apprenticeships.

  • Facilitate collaboration between K-12 districts, county offices of education, community colleges, workforce boards, and other regional stakeholders.

  • Assist with grant applications, budget management, and securing additional funding to sustain and expand apprenticeship programs and high school capacity.

Attributes for Success 
  • Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience in workforce development, apprenticeship, and/or the K-12 system.  

  • Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, education, social services, or a closely related field preferred.

  • Innovation, creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship are encouraged as employees work to achieve organizational goals

  • Team members are hired for their expertise in niche areas across our areas of impact and higher education overall, and for their knowledge of business, philanthropy, technology, communications, and more

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
