Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Program Director is responsible for strategically designing and implementing enterprise-wide, scalable sales enablement solutions that drive sales
effectiveness, enhance revenue performance, and support organizational growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning and Talent Readiness, this role partners
closely with senior sales leaders, product and marketing teams, and other key stakeholders to assess enablement needs and mature programs and processes. The
Program Director leads cross-functional initiatives, including advanced sales training, strategic content development, and technology integration, to ensure alignment with
business objectives and maximize sales impact.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops and executes strategic sales training and enablement initiatives that align with
    OneAmerica’s business goals and sales strategies, driving enterprise-level performance
    and impact.
  • Leads complex, high-impact projects that advance sales effectiveness, including sales
    leadership development programs and initiatives designed to drive revenue growth and
    organizational success.
  • Develops frameworks, methodologies, and tools for sales training and enablement,
    ensuring programs are scalable, consistent, and aligned with market demands and
    organizational objectives.
  • Partners strategically with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and external vendors
    to design and implement training and enablement solutions that address performance
    gaps and promote sales leadership excellence.
  • Continuously innovates in sales training and enablement delivery by integrating
    advanced technologies, digital tools, and best practices to optimize outcomes and
    enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaborates with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify training and
    enablement needs, gain buy-in for programs, and ensure alignment with broader
    organizational strategies, including strategic workforce planning.
  • Establishes and tracks performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales
    training and enablement initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform continuous
    improvement and demonstrate business impact.
  • Leads or contributes to enterprise-wide initiatives and special projects, ensuring sales

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree (e.g., Human Resources, I/O Psychology, MBA).
  • Project Management certifications (CAPM, PMP)
  • HR/Talent-related certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPTD)
  • Certifications in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or learning and development (e.g., Sales Enablement Society, CPTD)
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, with demonstrated success in designing and implementing strategic programs.
  • Experience in partnering with senior sales leaders and influencing organizational

 

Salary Band: 7B

This selected candidate will be expected to work Remote. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
