Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Program Director is responsible for strategically designing and implementing enterprise-wide, scalable sales enablement solutions that drive sales
effectiveness, enhance revenue performance, and support organizational growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning and Talent Readiness, this role partners
closely with senior sales leaders, product and marketing teams, and other key stakeholders to assess enablement needs and mature programs and processes. The
Program Director leads cross-functional initiatives, including advanced sales training, strategic content development, and technology integration, to ensure alignment with
business objectives and maximize sales impact.

This selected candidate will be expected to work Remote. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
