Job description

Join our team at Team Global Express (TGE) as a Technical Business Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that organisational objectives are understood and delivered. You will work across the business to extract, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements to deliver the best IT solutions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure business processes and technology solutions align with organisational goals and strategy.

  • Support the delivery of projects throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle, including creating user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Facilitate workshops to evaluate, analyse, and communicate business and technology requirements, processes, and solution designs.

  • Break down large projects into deliverable epics, evolving from a minimum viable product to a fully developed solution.

  • Consult and collaborate with internal business and technical stakeholders to better understand business and functional requirements.

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders, including business, IT, suppliers, and vendors.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical and Functional Expertise: SQL, .Net, AWS, Oracle , Unix

  • Strong working experience as a Technical Business Analyst

  • Experience working in both waterfall and Agile environments, familiar with continuous delivery and the software delivery lifecycle

  • Strong documentation skills, including writing business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
