As a Senior Accountant, you’ll...
… be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant Balance Sheet account reconciliations, including both preparation and approval during period-end closures. You will also oversee the administration of the Blackline tool, managing uploads, user access, account groupings, and thresholds to support effective reconciliation processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, auditors, and third parties, responding to finance-related queries and providing guidance as needed. As a senior team member, you will lead the resolution of complex accounting issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support automation and process harmonization. You will also mentor team members and support various finance projects across the organization. As part of your role, you will also support colleagues in performing technical period-end tasks, such as assisting with the opening and closing of periods in SAP, currency valuation, settlements, and cost allocations—helping to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Who we're looking for
The suitable candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and fluency in English, as regular collaboration with stakeholders is required. Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and pivot tables, are essential. This position requires someone analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving. Effective communication and collaboration skills, along with a solution-focused mindset and curiosity, are important. You should have a solid understanding of finance process dependencies and practical experience with either SAP (or a similar ERP system), or with Blackline (or another reconciliation tool). A proven ability to drive improvements in accounting processes and strong problem-solving skills will be key to your success.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2609 – 3000 EUR gross, plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
