Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join their expanding team.
This is a remote position for California-based attorneys, with optional access to office space.
Salary: $100,000 – $220,000 a year
Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
Collaborate with clients including insurance companies, third-party administrators, and employers.
Maintain proactive case management and clear client communication.
JD degree and active member of the California State Bar (in good standing).
Minimum 2 years of workers’ comp litigation experience preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote or hybrid legal setting.
