Operational Excellence: Ensure that all field operations—routine monitoring, audits, tagging, inventories, and client launches—are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain deep knowledge of EPA Method 21, BWON, and related environmental regulations. Ensure all regional teams operate in full compliance and are audit-ready.

Schedule & Deployment Optimization: Own the 90-day rolling schedule for field teams. Align shutdowns, routine maintenance windows, and emergent client needs with team availability and travel planning.

Safety Leadership: Enforce PROtect’s safety policies across all sites. Conduct field visits, review job hazard analyses, and ensure that safety is embedded into all aspects of service delivery.

KPI Management: Monitor and respond to key performance indicators such as labor utilization, client satisfaction, QA/QC scores, incident rates, and revenue performance.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in workflows, technology usage (e.g., LeakDAS), and training delivery.

Project Support: Partner with internal teams on scope development, pricing strategies, proposals, and client onboarding. Participate in solution design for complex client needs.

Budget & Resource Management: Forecast resource needs, manage field costs, and provide input into annual budgets and capital requests related to regional operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate regularly with PROtect leadership, Sales, EHS, HR, and IT to address field challenges, coordinate strategic initiatives, and promote cross-divisional synergy.

Audit Readiness & Support: Ensure teams are equipped and prepared for internal and third-party audits. Lead client walk-throughs and post-audit improvement planning.
