What you’ll achieve 

As the Operational Excellence Lead, you will be part of our effort to create the next generation of information and workflow solutions for our Diagnostic Imaging portfolio, making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.  

  

You will: 

  

  • play an important role in ensuring smooth operations and change management in our Business Unit 

  • leverage various project management methodologies to drive compliance, process improvement, and efficiency across the organization 

  • Your responsibilities will span cross-team coordination, process improvement, documentation, reporting and data analysis 

 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Operations Leadership: Business Unit Operations (COO like) for the Business Unit. 

  • Support Functions: Supporting other roles like Product Management, PreSales, Business Development, Program Management or R&D. 

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Business Unit Department Heads and keep overview of all operational areas. Work closely with various departments such as service, finance, HR, marketing, and sales to ensure achievement of common goals. 

  • Representation: Represent the Business Unit Director and the Business Unit’s interests in internal and external meetings, in person·   

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Together with our QARA department, ensure that operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. 

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives. 

  • Communication: Develop and deliver aligned messaging and content across all channels (ppt, social media), ensuring an alignment with Marketing team and strategic consistency for the BU.

Essential Requirements 

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles (though junior candidates with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered). 

  • Experience in healthcare IT or clinical knowledge is a plus. 

  • Proven ability to bring people with different personality profiles together and obtain consensus. 

  • Strong organizational skills applied to managing multiple tasks with extensive scope and complexity. 

  • Flexible, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities and a demonstrated attitude for continuous learning. 

  • Well-developed skills in influencing and motivating others to achieve goals. 

  • Very good language skills in English (spoken and written). 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Solution-oriented.
