What your typical day will look like

We are looking for a detail orientated individual to work in a fast-paced digital environment, where no two weeks are the same. As someone who is proactive and strategically driven, you play an important role across our dentsu network delivering first class digital operations solutions for our clients. This means you will work directly with vendors, media owners, and client service teams to establish best practice and tailored implementation processes that encompass execution, trafficking workflow, site tagging strategies, data and discrepancy troubleshooting and data quality management.

In essence, you’re consistently evaluating, executing and monitoring digital initiatives and campaigns to ensure business goals and a high-quality output for our clients. Don’t worry, you’re not in it alone and will have the support of the Head of Digital Operations and the wider Digital Delivery team.

Core responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class digital campaign implementation for agency brands' clients, ensuring a high-quality output and quality control of deliverables/KPIs.
  • Implement tagging and website taxonomy creation for the Operations & Data teams.
  • Oversee the successful on/offboarding of clients across ad serving and technology platforms.
  • A key contact for the team to internal and external stakeholders, taking a lead role to solve issues, troubleshoot, and manage expectations end to end.
  • Help identify, implement and support operational improvements, new technologies, data opportunities, inventory sources, analytics, and project-based work streams.
  • Assist the Digital Operations team with rolling out compliance, business processes and workflow procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, testing, and commercial initiatives.
  • Support broader analytics projects and the delivery of digital measurement frameworks.

A bit about you

  • A good understanding digital media buying, tag management, ad serve, brand safety, DSPs and data technologies and platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge across the Google Marketing Platform from implementation to support, particularly with CM360, SA360 and GTM.
  • Sound experience with Google Analytics (GA/GA4) and data visualisation platforms, able to implement and monitor campaign performance and pull insights to make data driven insights and recommendations.
  • Proactive communicator with strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • A demonstrated business acumen and eye for detail to help solve business problems through the use of technology and ensure quality solutions.
  • A growing leadership skillset, a willingness to be a part of the team, continually learn and impart knowledge to help lift the overall capability of the team.
  • Naturally inquisitive, organised and process driven.
