Job description

You will be the post‑production engine behind our ad output—rapidly editing, enhancing and versioning raw footage into thumb‑stopping creatives. Each shoot typically contains separate Hooks, Scripts and Calls‑to‑Action (CTAs) that can be mixed‑and‑matched into hundreds of ad variants. Your mission is to deliver every possible combination within 7 days of receiving footage, plus polished funnel videos and ongoing upgrades to top‑performing ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk Ad Assembly: Combine hooks, scripts and CTAs (e.g. 10×5×5 = 250 variants) and export each ad (<60 s, 9:16 & 1:1) within one week of footage hand‑off.

  • Baseline Editing: Apply simple dynamic captions, royalty‑free music, chroma‑key composites, sound‑effects stings and clean transitions that align with brand guidelines.

  • Funnel Videos: Edit one VSL, one “Book a Call”, and one Booking Confirmation video for every shoot; optimise length, pacing, on‑screen graphics and audio for landing‑page placement.

  • Creative Optimisation: When performance data highlights winning ads, re‑edit them with premium touches—bespoke kinetic typography, advanced motion graphics, seamless transitions, colour grading and refined sound design.

  • Asset Management: Organise project files, proxies, exports and version naming in our shared cloud workspace; maintain tidy timelines and reusable presets/MOGRTs.

  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work async with producers, media buyers and copywriters; implement notes in a timely manner and contribute creative ideas to push CTR and ROAS.



Requirements
Core Requirements
  • Expert in CapCut (Desktop)—short‑form workflow, caption templates, speed‑ramping, shortcuts.

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining quality.

  • Solid grasp of storytelling, rhythm and attention‑grabbing first 3 seconds.

  • Comfortable working across global time zones; responsive within 24h on Whatsapp.

  • Fluent English (spoken & written).

Preferred / Bonus Skills
  • Advanced Premiere Pro techniques

  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects—motion tracking, text animation, rotoscoping.

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager metrics and creative testing frameworks.

  • Photoshop or Figma skills for quick graphic tweaks.
