About the Role: We’re seeking a clinically experienced and business-savvy leader to join our fast-growing team as Head of Clinical Innovation & Growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping close new business, expanding current client programs, and guiding the successful launch of new condition-based protocols with our care teams. What You’ll Do:
Support New Business Wins: Join prospect meetings to provide clinical expertise that supports the sales team in closing new accounts.
Drive Client Expansion: Partner with Account Managers to expand existing client programs into new chronic condition areas (e.g., CHF, Hypertension, Diabetes).
Maintain Outcomes Library: Oversee the development and organization of clinical data, patient engagement stats, and outcome measures to support client success and marketing efforts.
Guide Program Launches: Ensure care teams are equipped with condition-specific workflows, talk tracks, and education before launching new programs.
What You Bring:
BSN, NP, or higher-level clinical degree
Experience in RPM, chronic care management, or value-based care
Strong understanding of clinical pathways and health system operations
