POSITION TITLE: Project Manager       

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager 

DIRECT REPORTS: 0

LOCATION: Dublin, Ireland

                  

PURPOSE:

 

The Project Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and coordination of multiple, interrelated projects within a broader programme of work. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, manages programme-level risks and dependencies, and oversees financial performance and resource allocation. The Project Manager will also lead strategic acquisition initiatives, including land, tower, and rooftop assets, from negotiation through to integration.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and drive the overall programme roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in delivery, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics for programme success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and customers, providing regular updates on programme status, risks, and milestones.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings and reviews, ensuring transparency and alignment across all parties.
  • Own programme-level financial planning, forecasting, and budget management across all projects.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects to meet delivery timelines and cost targets.
  • Monitor and manage programme-level risks, issues, and change control processes.
  • Lead strategic acquisition efforts for land, rooftops, and tower assets, including negotiation, due diligence, and integration.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the programme, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in programme or senior project management, ideally within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-project programmes with significant financial and operational impact.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly in acquisition and real estate contexts.
  • Proficient in programme management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, PMI, Agile frameworks).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

This role involves a hybrid of office-based and remote work, with occasional travel required to meet with stakeholders, landlords, and project teams.
