FRS Transportation is a mission-driven public transit provider dedicated to ensuring safe, reliable, and accessible transportation services for individuals and communities throughout southern Ohio. We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Office Supervisor to oversee daily administrative operations while leading company marketing, human resources coordination, and basic IT support.

  

Position Summary:

The Office Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting organizational operations by supervising administrative staff, coordinating marketing efforts, managing HR functions, and ensuring basic IT functionality. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, well-organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

  

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Oversight

  • Supervise and support front office administrative staff
  • Maintain efficient office operations and workflow procedures
  • Serve as liaison between office departments and leadership

Human Resources

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain personnel records and track required documentation
  • Coordinate employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
  • Support benefits administration and employee relations

Marketing & Public Outreach

  • Develop and manage internal and external marketing materials.
  • Coordinate social media, print advertising, and public campaigns.
  • Represent FRS at local events, community outreach, and recruitment fairs.
  • Assist with branding consistency and community engagement strategies.

Information Technology Support

  • Provide basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact with external IT support vendors.
  • Maintain staff email accounts and manage internal user access.
  • Assist with tech setup for new hires and staff training on systems.


Requirements

 

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative supervision.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, practices, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of public transportation or nonprofit operations
  • Experience working with rural or community-based programs
