Marketing Message:

Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives on turning data into action? Archer Meat Snacks—the 4th largest meat snack brand in the U.S.—is looking for a Finance Manager (FP&A) to join our Corporate Finance team in Los Angeles.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Finance, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of a rapidly scaling company. From delivering board-ready financial presentations to driving forecasting, modeling, and business insights, your work will directly influence Archer’s next phase of growth and operational maturity.

We’re seeking a financial storyteller with exceptional analytical skills, a mastery of financial systems, and a passion for continuous improvement. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone eager to work cross-functionally, dive deep into data, and help steer a thriving CPG brand toward long-term success.

What You’ll Own & Impact:

• Lead the initial compilation of monthly financial reports and presentation materials for executive leadership and board reviews
• Support the development and lead the execution of full Income Statement and Balance Sheet forecasting (12 month), long-range planning (3+ yrs), and bi-weekly rolling cash flow projections in close partnership with the Sr. Director of Corporate FP&A
• Analyze performance variances and translate financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Partner closely with Accounting to ensure reporting accuracy and continuous improvement
• Build and refine financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business case development
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to scale with company growth
• Leverage NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel to drive high-impact financial dashboards and reporting

What Sets You Apart:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably in CPG or food & beverage
• Proven strength in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting methods, and budgeting frameworks
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficiency with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred), and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Clear communicator with the ability to present complex financial data in a compelling way
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
• Bonus: Experience supporting manufacturing operations or product-level profitability analysis

Why Join Archer Meat Snacks?

  • Impact: Your insights will help guide business strategy and investment decisions
  • Culture: We roll up our sleeves, work closely across teams, and value every voice
Benefits: Competitive salary, 100% employee-paid medical coverage, and growth opportunities in a thriving brand
