Primary Responsibilities:

• May perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks
• May perform telephone installations and removals
• Set up Audio/Visual equipment for conference rooms
• Troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware problems
• Regularly maintain hardware and software asset inventory database

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program (Bachelor's, Master's).
• Must be able to work 40 hours per-week, fall 2025 (September - December).
• Experience with Mac and PC hardware: laptops, desktops.
• Demonstrated familiarity with administration of Windows 10 and Windows Server and Active Directory
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Familiarity with MacOS and familiarity with Linux
• Basic understanding of network principles (TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of networking essentials including common ports & protocols, DHCP, DNS, switching/routing, firewalls, etc.
• Familiarity with using Atlassian software products (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket)

The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
