SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Graphic Designer I to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a strong visual storyteller with expertise in 3D rendering, video production support, and design & collateral creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful creative campaigns within a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 3D/4K Rendering Expertise:
• Create high-resolution 3D and 4K renderings of products for various marketing channels, including digital marketing, trade show displays, print collateral, and product launches.
• Utilize software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, or Adobe Substance 3D to simulate textures, lighting, and environments, enhancing product presentations.
• Creative Production:
• Conceptualize and design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, ads, displays, etc.) to support call-to-actions and sales initiatives.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, emphasizing digital outreach methods.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Video Production Support:
• Assist the Senior Multimedia Designer in video, photography, web, and email marketing efforts.
• Contribute to enhancing overall marketing messages through visual storytelling.
• Communicate vision and execute concepts effectively, aligning with brand standards and marketing goals.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Present and articulate design ideas effectively.
• Interact respectfully and professionally with employees and vendors.
• Maintain poise under pressure while delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in 3D/4K rendering and product visualization workflows.
• Experience in the plumbing or home improvement industry.
• Experience with Point of Purchase (PoP) display creation for wholesale and retail environments.
• Strong video production and editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Descript, Wondershare Filmora, and DALL·E 2.
• Experience using project management platforms like Monday.com, Wrike, and Google Drive.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and collaboration with internal teams for optimization.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative role.
• A detailed creative portfolio demonstrating relevant experience and skillset.
• Proven experience in 3D/4K product rendering, graphic design, and multimedia production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent visual design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; effective collaboration across departments.
• Tactful interpersonal skills and experience working with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated experience in making informed decisions through effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High EQ with a collaborative mindset and professionalism under pressure.
