In Single Family Securitization and Single Family Pricing and Execution, our priority is to support our internal and external partners to make Freddie Mac the GSE of choice. Both Securitization and Pricing, under the Single Family Portfolio and Servicing Division, directly supports Freddie’s mission and corporate strategy, risk management, profitability. Within the Securitization department, our teams oversee UMBS Alignment, Investor/Dealer Outreach, Single Family Securities Issuance, Securities Analytics/Seller Management, and Securitization product delivery including the Securitization Integrated Program (SIP). Within the Pricing and Execution department, our teams are responsible for achieving our corporate goals related to Profitability, Market Coverage, UMBS Alignment, and Affordable Housing.  By accomplishing these goals, we help to provide liquidity, stability, and affordability to the housing market.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will provide primary administrative support to two Vice Presidents.  You will need to be proficient with calendar management and scheduling tools. Strong accuracy and attention to detail are crucial when managing complex schedules and ensuring all details are clear and incorporated. Must be expert at prioritizing tasks and communicate changes effectively. Provide telephone coverage, make travel and meeting arrangements. Process expenses timely. Handle multiple priorities with good follow-up.  Prepare and track various business reports, e.g. time records, expense and procurement documents.  Provide backup to other administrative support staff.  As needed, assist in preparation of documents and presentations.

  • Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

  • Use discretion and judgment to manage complex and dynamic executive calendars to ensure their time is being used efficiently, includes scheduling meetings with internal and external business partners (e.g., FHFA, Vendors, Investors, etc.), and providing accountability for any post-meeting activities

  • Make travel arrangements and maintain travel and expenses within allocated budgets and timelines. Ensure executives/directs are informed of any T&E and Work-Travel policy changes for both domestic and international.

  • Maintain confidential information; may monitor executives’ email, when requested, for time-sensitive and/or critical correspondence and issues

  • Serve as the Point of Contact for Space Management for the department

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of administrative experience including executive administrative support

  • High school degree or equivalent work experience 

  • Proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), to include Outlook and SharePoint

  • Ability to function autonomously and proactively, working independently on assignments with minimal oversight and superb level of organization.

  • Must be detail oriented with sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and discretion

  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
