Salary Range: $115K – $125K

Overview:

The Lead Digital Workflow Architect is responsible for the technical oversight and architecture of complex, accessible, and secure digital forms and workflow tools. This individual leads solution design, system integration, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring full compliance with accessibility, security, and performance standards. This is a dedicated, full-time, key personnel role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and oversee the development of browser-based and fillable forms
  • Lead workflow automation efforts, including internal reporting and change management tools
  • Ensure all form packages meet DHS Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA standards
  • Provide technical direction on form scripting, field validation, and conditional logic
  • Oversee publishing across development, staging, and production environments
  • Respond to and resolve production incidents, outages, and form rendering issues
  • Interface with government stakeholders, deliver briefings, and ensure alignment with program goals
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, accessibility conformance reports, and SOPs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, MIS, etc.) or equivalent experience
  • 20+ years of experience in IT solution design, architecture, or forms/workflow development
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards and secure deployment environments.
