Summary:
The San Diego Union-Tribune is looking for an Advertising Coordinator to join the team! The Advertising Coordinator will manage multiple accounts and focus on managing, trafficking, and optimizing campaigns to meet revenue goals
What you will do:
Maximize performance for all local print and digital campaigns from post-sale to renewal
Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and develop optimization strategies to meet client goals
Collaborate with sales and creative teams to plan and prioritize campaign assets for seamless delivery
Recommend campaign adjustments to improve results and exceed client expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Regularly monitor campaign pacing to ensure full delivery and effective budget use
Troubleshoot performance issues, inventory challenges, and scheduling conflicts
What you will bring:
Proficiency with Google Analytics, trafficking tools, and social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset for resolving challenges effectively
Deep understanding of digital advertising workflows and products
Adaptability to stay current on evolving industry trends and best practices
Benefits and Compensation:
The hourly wage is $24.04. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
