Overview:

SageSure is assisting one of its independent insurance carrier partner Valence.

This new role offers a valuable opportunity to grow with the insurance company as operations are stood up and expanded. The Executive Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership. The individual in this position will work with a dynamic team of dedicated professionals. Primary responsibilities include corporate repository management, design of professional PowerPoint presentations, and corporate governance assistance.  The ideal candidate excels in problem-solving, demonstrates exceptional PowerPoint skills, and thrives in a self-directed environment. This role requires proactive thinking, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

What you’d be doing:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Develop, design, and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, board presentations, and external communications
  • Identify issues, anticipate needs, and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive team
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines
  • Support special projects as assigned with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of self-direction, initiative, and accountability
  • Professional demeanor with discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Experience with an insurance company or insurance agency
