  • Observe and document key planning workflows and participate in team meetings

In your first 60 days, you will:

  • Participate in advanced training for LiDAR processing and spatial data integration
  • Analyze LiDAR scans and assist with architectural drafting using SketchUp, Rhino, or RealWorks
  • Begin handling more complex assignments independently
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of CAD workflows and documentation practices
  • Help maintain accurate project records and drawing archives

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Take ownership of key planning tasks and quality control for deliverables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure store designs align with RADAR’s location technology requirements
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
  • Create and update documentation on best practices, tools, and workflows
  • Reflect on progress and set growth goals with your manager
