Neon One’s Implementation Consultant is the client’s primary point of contact throughout a new client’s implementation journey. Implementation Consultants are responsible for ensuring successful onboarding through system setup, data migration and user training to drive product adoption and client satisfaction.
Maintain a full portfolio of new Neon One clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout implementation.
Manage the implementation lifecycle for assigned clients, providing timely communication, data analysis, review, consultation and import, system configuration and training, event setup, launch guidance, and other onboarding tasks as needed.
Conduct data imports for NCRM clients, using in-product tools and/or by preparing complex data import rules for software engineers.
Work independently to ensure expeditious time-to-value for clients, helping them achieve their implementation goals successfully and within the specified timeline.
Manage all projects efficiently by keeping relevant internal systems accurate and up to date. This includes recording progress or other relevant information in ChurnZero, ZenDesk, JIRA, Salesforce, and other company systems.
Develop extensive working knowledge of our products, stay on top of product releases and developments.
Lead live web-based product trainings that translate technical concepts to diverse audiences, and that are personalized to each client.
Apply critical thought and recommend strategic solutions that apply industry best practices to the client’s unique needs.
Convey strong working knowledge to bridge the gap between software functionality and real-world application, reducing the friction involved in migrating to a new system.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs by delivering high quality work, adhering to timelines, driving measurable results, and actively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Flexibility to learn and take on responsibilities outside of core role to meet business needs or to provide team coverage.
Promote a collaborative work environment by supporting teammates and working cross-departmentally to identify opportunities for improvement.
Willingness to cross-train and support adjacent functions as needed to ensure the goals of the Professional Services department and the company as a whole are met.
Provide thoughtful product feedback.
Recognize challenges faced by our clients and work collaboratively to identify and develop best practices.
Collaborate cross functionally for the critical functioning of the organization as a whole, actively participating in tasks such as Client Enablement trainings, data services, product development, online learning, and other tasks as required.
1+ years in a training or teaching role, with ability to convey technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools such as XLOOKUP.
Is curious, proactively seeks out opportunities to grow both product and industry knowledge.
Strong customer service background.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in the nonprofit industry preferred.
Experience working in a SaaS environment or with a similar CRM platform preferred.
