My responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd level support for Mobile Devices and Desktop services for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)
- Supporting and maintaining the selection of new client hardware (e.g. notebooks, convertibles, thin clients, mobile devices)
- Being a contact person for mobile device, Windows 11, Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop support requests
- Supporting iOS and Android devices through Ivanti Neurons
- Planning and development of automated Windows operating system installations
- Supporting client migrations in an international environment
The knowledge I own:
- Strong English skills, German knowledge is advantageous
- Solid knowledge of iOS, Android OS support and Ivanti Neuorons or InTune administration
- Solid knowledge of client hardware and administration of Windows 11 and Citrix
- Supporting an Azure-based virtual desktop environment
- Knowledge of OS Deployment Tools
- Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
- Can work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
