Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.  

In the Benelux region, we operate through a distributor model and local team, with growing visibility and demand across all three brands. Social media is a key channel—critical to how we build relevance, engage audiences, and activate our brands.

We are now looking for a Social Media & Content Lead to manage execution across TikTok and Instagram. You will turn strategy into content, and content into results.

About the role

As Social Media & Content Lead Benelux, you manage day-to-day social media activity across TikTok and Instagram—planning, publishing, creator partnerships, and community engagement. Your focus is sharp, brand-aligned execution. You adapt global content, create what is needed locally, and act with speed and clarity.

You report to the Head of Marketing Distributor Markets and collaborate with the Social Media and Brand teams at global HQ in Stockholm. The role is part of the Benelux marketing team and is based in Amsterdam. 

Making content is easy. Knowing when to pause, pivot fast, or hold your ground—that is where this role earns its weight.

What you will do:

• Channel execution: Plan, publish, and maintain social media activity across TikTok and Instagram.
• Content creation and adaptation: Produce and tailor content that reflects our brands, fits the local culture, and performs on platform.
• Collaborations: Identify, brief, and manage creators, influencers, and ambassadors.
• Community engagement: Respond to comments, DMs and tags to keep the brands visible and connected.
• Campaign localisation: Adapt global campaigns and launches to fit the Benelux audience.
• Performance tracking: Measure, report, and adjust based on platform insights.
• Cross-team coordination: Align with Benelux marketing team as well as HQ on brand direction, messaging and timing.

Who are you

You are structured, confident, and understand what makes content relevant. You move between execution and decision-making with ease, and bring a calm, consistent approach even when things shift quickly.

You work well across teams and are comfortable in a role that requires both execution and judgement. You know how to brief a creator, run a post, and explain a result—without overcomplicating any of it.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• 2–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in FMCG, lifestyle, or agency
• Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram, from content to publishing to performance
• Strong organisational skills to handle priorities, calendars and output
• An intuitive grasp of our brand tone – you understand how we sound, and how that translates to social
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a strong plus
• Based in Amsterdam, with the right to work in the EU
